As the late autumn season wraps us in its cool embrace, join us for a unique evening under the last full moon before winter. Set in our snug indoor haven by the ocean’s serene backdrop, this Trilogy gathering is designed to harmonise with the reflective and tranquil energies of the season’s end.
This month, we’re excited to feature a nurturing session that mirrors the essence of autumn:
Muriel Burttet ~ Yogished: Dive into a relaxing yoga practice that blends deep connection with your breath, body and consciousness, perfect for the contemplative nature of late autumn of releasing and restoring.
Stefano Canale: Be transported by a sound journey that resonates with the season’s stillness, flowing with the ancestral medicine of the instruments that are going to drive you trough a soothing and revitalising experience.
Cibeli | iReceive: Continuing to weave Reiki into every moment, enriching our gathering with vibrations that nurtures and reconnects to the heart space.
