Let the cacao essence guide you on a journey of self-discovery and connection. We will be consuming organic Ceremonial cacao which Fabiola has brought from her recent trip to Mexico, sourced from a plantation with over 50 ancestral species of cacao. The cacao plantation has been stewarded for 10 generations according to native customs and traditions, honouring nature and the cosmic cycles. Cacao is considered a sacred plant by the Mayan people and is known for its heart opening qualities and numerous health benefits.
