The Return is a deeply nourishing day retreat woven from ancient practices of tea ceremony, breath, yoga, somatic release, heat, voice, sound and sacred song.
Together, we move gently away from the noise of the outer world and into the stillness within. Through grounding movement, conscious breath, deep rest, sauna, voice activation and an immersive sound journey, we create space for the body to soften, the nervous system to settle and the mind to become quiet.

This is an invitation to return to what has always been there beneath the doing, the roles and the distractions — your true nature, the light within, the quiet presence of the soul.
