Trip City 003: Miki (IT) + Flud (Live)

The next Trip City is here! We are so happy to be joined by none other than pioneering Italian DJ Miki. Some may know him as Miki The Dolphin, Major Hypnotic Key Institute or one of the several aliases of his releases on labels such as interactive Test, Dbx, Seekers, Spazio Tempo, Kalahari Oyster Cult and many others but his productions couldn’t portray him entirely without talking about his art of djing.

Miki’s sets are journeys, composed with a dexterity that translates into both his experience and his talent for reading the crowd, feeling the moment and its context. With a natural enthusiasm, a generous and friendly nature; with the knowledge, and respect for his craft, but also an open-minded and avant-garde vision, he has the gift of creating immersive, even psychedelic sound experiences: special moments on the dance floor, highlighting his concept of music versatility.

Joining Miki we have a special live set from Melbourne's FLUD aka Ewan Jansen of Red Ember fame. Originally hailing from Perth, recently Ewan has relocated to Melbourne and we are very blessed to be debuting his new FLUD live show here in Eora.

On support duties we have Trip City's very own Regular John.

We are very excited to announce that we have moved to a new venue for the next party. This time the Oxford Underground will be hosting us all night.
