Triple P Parenting Program (Benalla)

For parents and carers of children aged between two to 12 years.

This five -week program aims to enhance parenting knowledge, skills and confidence.

This program will look at the following. 

• Support children’s emotional wellbeing and building strong relationships
• Communication skills
• Teaching children new skills with practical strategies & ideas
• Setting predictable habits
• Focusing on positive behaviours & expectations
• Providing a safe and nurturing environment
• Balancing family life – Less stressful & more enjoyable
  

Open to residents in Albury-Wodonga and Wangaratta and the local government areas of Indigo, Towong, Alpine, Mansfield and Benalla.
