Trivia Night & Silent Auction - Fundraiser for Sam Northey

We are so excited to be hosting a Trivia Night & Silent Auction to raise funds to support Sam Northey in his cycling dreams!

On Saturday the 4th November, come along with your friends, have some laughs, a load of fun and help support Sam.

Purchase your tickets and ask your friends to join your team. We recommend 8 people per table and can help you connect with others to make up the numbers.

Doors will open at 7:00 for a 7.30pm start, finishing at 10pm ish.

SILENT AUCTION

Businesses throughout the Alpine Shire have kindly donated some terrific items to be used for the SILENT AUCTION. Not sure how it works see the rules below.

• The Items will be displayed around the Pavilion with bidding starting at 7.30pm and closing at 9.30pm. The highest bid made during the allocated time wins.
• Bids will be submitted on open bid sheets, visible to all future bidders.
• In order to bid on an item you must bid at least $1.00 more than previous bids.
• Items will be won by a single bidder paying a single price for the entire item.
• Full contact details will be required to be provided by the bidder.

We will have Credit Card / Eftpos Facilities available to pay for your items before you leave.

We have a bar!

The bar for the evening is being run by United Bright Football and Netball Club and it will be stocked with alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. We will provide a light supper but if you have any unique dietary requirements we recommend you might want to bring a few snacks.

Sorry, but there is no BYO alcohol allowed.
