Tropical Fire Cider Alchemy

We are in the change of seasons! And for Herbalists, it is a great time to create plant medicines for the fall and winter! Join Mama Tortuga with her first local workshop making alchemy as a community. Come and learn how to prepare this seasonal staple with a tropical twist, because we do everything a little bit different in the tropics! We will be offering a first hour of teaching of the elements on this very beneficial medicine to have in your pantry for all members of your family and then we will proceed to make our own Tropical Fire Cider. This is a class plus workshop with fantastic Johana Castillo aka Mama Tortuga (www.mamatortuga.org), traditional herbalist and alchemist.

All the ingredients necessary to make your own plant medicine Tropical Fire Cider! Some of the ingredients will be coming from Mama Tortuga medicinal garden, a totally sustainable and organic garden in Palm Beach county. 

Because this class includes cutting and prepping the ingredients, please be advise that children if present need to be look after to prevent any accidents. Also, people with allergies need to address it before the preparation. This is an inclusive event for all people that want to learn hands on how to make alchemy with plants.
