TRUE NORTH MENS CIRCLE and Shane Downing from Soul Support Holistic Wellness are teaming up for a powerful MENS ONLY Breathwork Experience that will help you release stress, reconnect with yourself, and leave you feeling grounded and energised.

Whether you’re new to breathwork or experienced, this is your chance to slow down, reset, and breathe with intention — in a supportive space.

This style of breathwork involves conscious connected breathing to access altered states of consciousness for healing, disrupt patterns stored in our autonomic nervous system, release trauma, reset our window of tolerance, and rewire our behaviours for a brighter, clearer path into your future.

You will be safely guided by Shane, an experienced practitioner in both Shamanic and SPIRITUS Breathwork modalities.

As part of your integration, you'll immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of Crystal Bowls, and native music from around the world.

Please wear light, comfortable clothing. Bring a eye mask, water bottle, a journal, and a pen. Yoga mats, bolsters are provided. Bring what ever you need to feel comfortable to do your own work.
