The truffle season has arrived! Celebrate at Alium Dining with a very special five course dining experience.

Alium Dining is thrilled to host Ironstone Farm Winery (formerly known as Rothesay Estate and Urban Cellar) for the first time in Bendigo. Our five course degustation truffle dinner will be paired with unique wines and spirits from both Ironstone Farm Winery and Morris Lane Distillery.

Wild & tamed wholemeal sourdough/ whipped truffle butter

Tuna/ Squid ink crisp/ truffled crème fraiche/ soft herbs

Celeriac & truffle mille-feuille/ onion jus/ rye

Japanese A5 wagyu sirloin/ potato gratin/ Warragul greens/ truffled jus

Truffle brie/ honeycomb/ celery/ lavosh

White chocolate panna cotta/ violet/ apple/ tonka bean/ truffled honey ice cream
