EVENT PARTNERS:

Long Paddock Cheese is a small-scale artisan organic cow’s milk range of cheeses produced at and sold from their cheesemaking facility based in the food precinct at The Mill. Long Paddock Cheese also makes and sells a range of fresh dairy products (fresh milk, yoghurt, butter, crème fraiche, buttermilk). Their delicious cheeses are all handmade from organic cow’s milk by resident French artisan cheesemaker, Ivan Larcher and his dedicated team - https://longpaddockcheese.com.au/
Truffle Treasures was established in 2007 in the Goldfields Region of central Victoria using Holly Oak trees inoculated with Tuber melanosporum (the Perigord black truffle).

Our aim is to bring people and truffles together, so that the enjoyment of this culinary delicacy can be widely shared. We have been hosting truffle events since 2010 in order to showcase cultivation of truffles in Australia while providing the opportunity for people to experience the sight, texture, aroma and taste of earth’s ‘black gold’ first hand. - https://www.truffletreasures.com.au/

Lyons Will Estate is a family operation. Oliver and Renata craft their wines together and everything is done by hand, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and traditional wine making techniques. Their ethos is simple: ‘look after the vines and the vines will look after the wine’. Good grapes coupled with a minimalist winemaking approach results in a good honest wine with a great acid balance and a clean linear finish - https://www.lyonswillestate.com.au/

Bookings for the event are essential. Tickets are $120 pp and additional $60 for matched wines.
