A TASTE OF TRUFFLES

Set on the beautiful 880-acre Raintree property, join us as we celebrate “A Taste of Truffles” and launch the twilight season and new seasonally inspired winter menu at The Dam.

TRUFFLES AT TWILIGHT

On arrival embark on a guided tour by local expert Synjon Anstee-Brook and his trusty team of hounds as we unearth all things truffles. Discover the inner workings underground and learn facts in the creation of this mysterious black fungi, growing in the depths of Denmark’s winter as we set off rain, hail, or shine.

TRUFFIERE-TO-TABLE EXPERIENCE

Return to the warmth of the restaurant, The Dam at Raintree, and cosy up by the fires as you sip on a signature truffle infused cocktail by Master Mixologist, Sam Jeffs.

Move on to an indulgent three delicious courses by Head Chef, Jason Jujunovich featuring Raintree’s own French black truffle, pairing with Raintree wines and Cannabis Botanical Distillery hemp spirits.

SOULFUL SOUNDS

Sit back and let the soulful sounds of Adam Grok and Mark Gretton wash over you as you savour the magical flavours of the night’s carefully crafted dishes.

To close the evening, as dessert is served prepare to be transported with a musical soundscape show like no other with the mesmerising vocal talents of Courtenay Stickels and The Denmark Collective.
