What to expect!

Arrive at The Dam at Raintree 4pm.

At 4.15pm we will depart on a short walk to the property's French oak truffière for a traditional truffle hunt accompanied by Synjon, our local truffle expert and his team of trusty dogs.

On return we will cosy by the bonfire and enjoy a complementary glass of Raintree sparkling, wine or Wilson Brewing Co beer followed by a delicious two-course truffle inspired dinner by The Dam’s head chef, Jason Jujnovich whilst being entertained by the smooth tunes of the Jazztrix Great Southern Quartet.
