Using the Pixar-inspired Story Spine structure and improv-inspired breakout activities, you’ll explore, shape, and share your own story with clarity and confidence.

About the Guest Speaker

Julie Trell has championed improv principles across her career—as a way to enhance creativity, build trust, and navigate complexity. Whether leading teams at Telstra’s muru-D, Workday Foundation, Salesforce Foundation, or as a middle school technology specialist, she’s always looked for where play and purpose intersect.

That instinct led to the creation of Playful Purpose, a space for bringing the other AI (applied improv) into leadership, systems change, and remembering that we’re human. Julie shows how play isn’t fluff—it’s a powerful tool for adaptability, flow, and creating the psychological safety where bold ideas (and people) thrive.
