Alongside managing and nurturing the careers of 10 staff, Ashley has been responsive and agile to community requests, using her community to navigate business growth and decisions.
Using her findings of the industry, Ashley is the brain behind an industry-changing tech experience utilising AI to solve common problems in the fitness business industry.

Millie Marconi, Co-Founder, Yesterday (Panelist)

Millie Marconi is the founder of Yesterday, a VC backed female founded HR tech startup focused on disrupting the hiring landscape.
