Alongside managing and nurturing the careers of 10 staff, Ashley has been responsive and agile to community requests, using her community to navigate business growth and decisions.
Using her findings of the industry, Ashley is the brain behind an industry-changing tech experience utilising AI to solve common problems in the fitness business industry.

Millie Marconi, Co-Founder, Yesterday (Panelist)

Millie Marconi is the founder of Yesterday, a VC backed female founded HR tech startup focused on disrupting the hiring landscape. As a non-technical founder, Millie has generated revenue pre-launch by monetising a service-based MVP, proving that technical challenges don't impede progress or validation through consistent revenue generation.

Sabrina Venish, Channel Manager, Baseline

Sabrina Venish is the Channel Manager at Devika and Baseline, overseeing marketing and partnerships for both brands. With six years of experience in tech startups and scaleups, Sabrina has held diverse roles from Marketing Manager to Global Head of Sales, and COO, working on global projects across the US, Canada, Singapore, and the UK. Sabrina is passionate about helping startups succeed through strategic go-to-market planning and is dedicated to fostering growth and innovation in the tech industry.

Thomas Nixon is the Technical Co-Founder of Baseline, an Open-Source, serverless and fullstack tech framework designed to address the challenges faced by modern tech startups. With over a decade of experience in software development, Thomas has a strong background in cloud architecture, AI, and agile methodologies.
