Try Us Wellbeing Warrior Program

An integrated wellbeing program that is focused on the needs of all ability participants and their carers.  The session starts with nature oracle cards and beginners yoga with variations that suit the needs of the participants.  The sound relaxation involves using various instruments: Tibetan singing bowls, metal drum, chimes and voice etc. Nature based art activities for creative expression and healthy snacks to support the participants during the class.
