    Join us for an empowering Men's Wellness Day at Good Vibes Boxing Gym! This event is designed to foster community, support mental health, and provide transformative experiences through physical and emotional activities.

    Event Highlights.

    Boxing Workout with the Ben and V from Good Vibes Boxing Gym.

    Kick off the day with an invigorating boxing workout. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, our coaches will guide you through techniques and drills that enhance physical fitness and mental resilience.

    Men's Workshops run by Liam from Amend Movement.

    Engage in interactive workshops focused on understanding and embracing healthy masculinity. Topics will include stress and anger management, self-awareness, and releasing energy that no longer serves us. These sessions will offer practical tools and insights for personal growth.

    9D Breathwork Session held by Steve from The Power of Breath.

    Experience the transformative power of 9D breathwork. This immersive session will help you release stress, enhance mental clarity, and promote overall well-being. It's a powerful practice for reconnecting with yourself and finding inner peace.

    This event aims to create a safe and supportive space where men can share their experiences, learn from one another, and build lasting connections. It's an opportunity to explore what healthy masculinity looks like, release built-up emotions, and grow together as a community.

    What to Expect:

    What to bring.

    Bring a towel, water bottle, pen, and journal. Show up in your workout gear and bring something comfortable to change into after the boxing session.

    We supply a light lunch and Cacao on the day.

      Sunday the 8th of September at Good Vibes Boxing Gym.

      Starts at 830am and aiming to finish at 330pm. (Please arrive 15 min early if possible.)
