TSQ LIVE programming will welcome Martha Graham Dance Company, September 16th from 5:00 – 6:00 pm on the Broadway Plaza between 45th and 46th Streets, bringing instructors to lead the ultimate Graham Fit class, open to all experience levels. TSQ LIVE is NYC’s largest public programming series featuring DJ sets, live concerts, dance workshops, and more.

GRAHAM FIT is a high-energy movement and conditioning class inspired by the strength, power, and expressive physicality of the Martha Graham Technique. Participants will move through dynamic exercises that build core strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and stamina while exploring the full range of the body.

Designed for movers of all backgrounds and experience levels, GRAHAM FIT offers an accessible and exhilarating way to experience Martha Graham’s revolutionary approach to movement. No prior experience is required!
