Connect with your innate inner capacity for wellbeing through transformative practices that integrate ancient wisdom and modern science. 

Yoga is an ancient path of healing that balances the mind, body and heart through cultivating wisdom, mindful movement, breathing practices, relaxation and meditation, practices and processes integral in healing trauma. 

Suitable for all ages, levels of experience and body types. 

Four 1.5 hr sessions, plus 1 hour individual consultation.

Lisa Brown brings a depth of experience as a yoga teacher, psychologist and a certified teacher of Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction and Mindful Self-Compassion programmes. She has been working in the area of trauma and healing for 20 years.

These transformative practices are welcoming and suitable for all people of all ages, experience and body types.
