Why 'Transformation and Transitions'?

“Without doubt, 2020 brought the world to its knees, and at the risk of repeating a now tired old phrase, we have indeed found ourselves in ‘unprecedented times’. Even now, there is still so much uncertainty as to what life will look like moving forward.

For many, this time of overwhelming change has led to unemployment. For some, and perhaps through being unemployed, recent events have made them question whether the cut and thrust of the 21st century is really worth it. Others have discovered that the desire to claw their way up the corporate ladder has waned, and are now looking for more balanced options moving forward.

Transformation & Transitions was formed from an observation and appreciation of all of this. An understanding that sometimes - whether it be because of a global pandemic, a personal tragedy, or just a period of reflection - people need to stop, take stock and make some decisions about what they really want to do moving forward.

This program is modular in format, but holistic in purpose. Commencing with a re-evaluation process around your feelings, values, strengths and what brings you joy, the program will then work through who you want to be now, and what practical skills you need to consider to successfully seek out your new employment scenario, whatever that comes to look like.”

What is the LITE program?

A self-paced option, this package enables you to work through the content in your own time, with the first three modules released upon enrolment, and the second three after a mid-way check-in call.

What will you receive?

Individual half-hour welcome phone call with Facilitator
Mid-program half-hour check in phone call with Facilitator
Individual half-hour wrap-up phone call with Facilitator
1 x 1-hour individual coaching session with Career Coach
Access to ‘Transformation & Transitions’ MyLEAP content for 12 months

How will the program be delivered?

Utilising MyLEAP, a digital learning and coaching platform designed to support your development journey, you will easily access the module content via deskstop computer or mobile device. MyLEAP is specially curated to fit the needs of each individual learner and includes activities to ensure the learnings are embedded. This, aligned with the principal benefits of working with a Facilitator, Career Coach, and a like-minded cohort, will find yourself re-evaluating how you think about, and ultimately seek out, your next career opportunity.

This program will be available every Tuesday and Thursday, starting from Tuesday 29th of April. You have the flexibility to chose the best start date for yourself!
