Time to lock in babyyy

The TTO lifting seminar is taking place on September 19th, 11am-12:30pm at T Gen Gym, Coburg.

Arrive from 10:45am-11am so we can get seated and start on time.

We’ll go through all the rules, lifting standards, clothing and equipment, flow of the day, what to expect, and answer every single one of your questions.

Hell, we’ll even look at your Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift technique and make sure you leave with a solid understanding of what will pass at TTO and what will be given a red light.

You’ll have a chance to familiarise yourself with our TTO equipment, the physical space you’ll be navigating, and the athletes warm-up area.

This seminar is excellent for first timers to learn the play-by-play, great for return lifters to get their head in the game, and the perfect opportunity for you all to meet your fellow lifters who you’ll be spending the day with!

We also encourage those who are thinking about participating at TTO but are unsure. This seminar will be a really great environment to feel the vibe, dip your toe into the excitement, and learn more without having to commit at full-throttle right away.

This event is free. Tickets are just so we can gauge numbers.
