A perfect mash-up of Asian street eats and classic modern Australian seafood, served up as canapés, alongside wines by fan favourites, LS Merchants. You’ll get ten magnificent courses of canapés, starring Asian and Aussie native flavours, with five glasses of matched wine. Beats on the night by LS Merchants owner and winemaker, Dylan Arvidson.
