About the Class

Enjoy a slower pace with your yoga with a moving meditation sequence, restorative yoga poses using bolsters and props and singing bowls to take your awareness to ever deepening levels. The poses and singing bowls combinations are also perfectly designed to balance your individual chakra or energetic system. Begin the class with a journey to the subtle realms using a sound-based meditation. Increase the subtle energetic flow around the body through a moving meditation that focuses on all of the joints of the body. Develop Chakra awareness while practicing Salute to the Sun accompanied by singing bowls. Witness the subtle flow of vibrational energy while in Restorative Yoga Poses & singing bowls, a gong and other sound healing tools are played close to the body.

Restore and rejuvenate!

This is an event with an educational component. Each class will explore one particular chakra in depth while balancing each of the chakras at multiple levels. These classes will help you develop a clear understanding of how the 7 main chakras influence us at the physical, mental, emotional and psychological level and have deep and abiding understanding of the focus chakra for the term.
