TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS
Join us at our centre for our Drop-in Meditation classes where you will explore meditation techniques such as mindfulness, spacious mind, loving-kindness, self-compassion and other techniques to cultivate a stable and peaceful mind. All are warmly welcome - no previous experience of meditation is required.
Tuesdays 12.15 pm - 1pm
Thursdays 12.15 pm - 1pm
You are welcome to just drop in or, if you like, you can register beforehand. We suggest a facility fee of $10 to contribute to the costs of running this class. Never let financial challenges stand in the way of accessing the dharma however, so please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need a concession.
