A weekly, evening nervous system reset

Feeling like you’re still “on” long after the day has finished?

Tuesday Exhale is a gentle, one-hour evening breath and meditation session designed to help you slow down, release the day and reconnect with yourself.

Each Tuesday evening, I will guide a small, intimate group through gentle breathwork, nervous system education, grounding and guided relaxation.

No previous breathwork experience is required. You don't need to be “good” at meditation or know anything about breathwork — simply come as you are.

please bring your mat, blanket, and socks for extra warmth and comfort.
