What to expect - This will be a practical session focused on the people challenges that swim schools deal with every day.

We’ll cover:

Why good staff leave - and what you can do before it gets to that point.
Keeping staff engaged when you have teams spread across different locations.
Getting managers more involved in supporting and retaining their teams.
Spotting problems early before they turn into staff turnover.
Creating a better staff experience without adding more work for already busy managers.
Simple things you can put into practice straight away to improve engagement, communication and retention.

You’ll leave with some practical ideas you can take back to your swim school and start using straight away.
