Discover the intricate world of tufting with Only Just Begun artist Di Tarr. Tufting is the process of using a mechanical needle and fibre thread to pass through a base material to create a lopped pile fabric.
Di Tarr
Di is a well-known local artist who has making and exhibiting for many years now. Her diverse and ever evolving art practice has seen Di work in textiles, mosaic, painting and many more. Her exhibition Only Just Begun will be on display at the Griffith Regional Art Gallery from Saturday 30 September to 5 November.
A light morning tea will be provided.
