Tuggeranong Bike Party
Description
Grab your friends and come roll outside to celebrate summertime in Tuggeranong.
This one's a mix tape format, so you choose the songs, and we'll blast them from our PartyBox speaker on our cargo bike.
New to our bike parties? You must bring your own lights, and have a plan if you get a flat tyre or other mechanical fault.
We'll do a loop of Lake Tuggeranong, starting from the library, and move at a pace you can talk normally. We're about social connection, not speed. Wear what you want, just bring a jacket in case it gets cold. We'll be dressed in flashing lights and shorts.

We ride our cycles, usually around a lake, and play music loudly. Sometimes we stop and dance.
- Why are you doing this?
Because humans need social connections. Rolling outside at a pace you can talk normally brings us joy, and we want others to share in it.
- Does it cost anything?
These bike parties are always free. However some of our guided tours, eg of embassies or memorials, cost money.
