Join me for an immersive weekend experience on beautiful Bundjalung Country where we will dive deep into the healing wisdom of Maya H’Men Don Elijio Panti.

This 2.5 day, in-person workshop is an opportunity to explore and embody the multifaceted healing tools and vital knowledge contained within this work, including:
- learning and practising the Self-Care abdominal and uterine massage techniques
- learn the history and lineage of this work (with the invitation to explore your own cultural inheritance)
- pelvic (yoni) steaming and soaks
- castor oil therapy
- hip swaddling (fajas)
- anatomy & physiology (so we understand why)
- introduction to spiritual healing and spiritual baths
- basics of the physiology of trauma
- nourishment & digestion
- understanding and working with the menstrual cycle and menopause

And so much more!

Hosted in a beautiful private property in Goonellabah, Northern NSW.

This offering is a non-residential training. There are an abundance of accommodation options nearby in Lismore, Alstonville, Wollongbar and surrounds.

Exact address details will be emailed to confirmed participants.

Venue is a short 10min drive to Lismore, 15min to Alstonville, 30min to Ballina/Byron Airport and 40min to Byron Bay.

No prior experience is required. This course is the first level of training with Tul'ix Indigenous Arts Institute and is a prerequisite for practitioner training (although it is open to ALL- not just people wanting to do the professional training).

Open to all people, there is application of this work for everyone.


Your ticket price includes light morning and afternoon tea Saturday & Sunday, and a vegetarian dinner on Friday night. Please let me know upon booking if you have any allergies/intolerances.

The venue is a short drive to Goonellabah shops as well as Lismore where there is an abundance of shops, cafes and restaurants. You are also welcome to bring food and heat up etc.

At the conclusion of our time together you will also receive access to a comprehensive online portal with video recordings etc.

10% of the total cost of every for class is tithing. This tithing is split three ways. A third goes to the Itzamna Society - Don Elijio's descendants who protect the sacred forest at the Elijio Panti National Park in Belize. A third goes to Walther Cholotio, a Tz'utujil Maya Fire and Daykeeper in Guatemala. The final third goes to supporting indigenous healers and/or environmental care projects on the land trainings are held. You can learn more at the Tul'ix Giving Back page.
