First Nations and Multicultural Women Focus
Do you have a story you’d like to share?
We warmly invite you to join us for a welcoming and supportive day of creativity, connection and conversation. Together we’ll explore storytelling, share ideas, and enjoy a cuppa while creating podcasts and shaping stories from our community.
This relaxed workshop is open to all women, with a special welcome to women from First Nations and multicultural communities.
You’ll experience the joy of sharing stories, meeting new people, and creating something meaningful together.
Come along, connect, and discover the power of your story when we make it together.

Following the workshop a short Awards Presentation will be made
for Women of the Riverina winning the AWGIE (Australian Writers Guild) Award for Community Theatre 2026.
FAQs
- Who can come along?
All women over 18 are invited to the workshop. Childcare facilities are not provided but babies are welcome.
The workshop is focussed on celebrating diversity and culture. First Nations and women from Multicultural Backgrounds are particularly welcome.
- What do we need to bring?
Just bring yourself and a willingness to share.
All materials are supplied but bring your own tablet or notebook if you like.
Refreshments for lunch are provided with a range of options.
