Tune In: Breathwork & Higher Self

What if your higher self wasn’t somewhere in the future — but a state you can access now?
What if your breath was the key to get there?

This 90-minute immersive experience is designed to help you shift your state, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with a deeper, more aligned version of yourself.

You’ll be guided through three simple yet powerful breathing techniques that you can integrate into different moments of your day — whether you need energy, clarity, or calm. These practices will gradually build into a deeper guided experience, allowing you to move beyond the analytical mind and into a more expanded, meditative state.

From this space, you’ll be guided through a visualization to connect with your “higher self” — not as a distant future version, but as a frequency you can access and embody now.

This session is not about becoming someone else, but about tuning into what is already within you.

About the facilitator

Nicolas Devit is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator from Argentina, sharing practices that bridge nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and consciousness work.

His journey began through personal transformation — navigating patterns of disconnection and self-inquiry — which led him into breathwork, meditation, and deep inner work. Through his practice, he now creates spaces where people can safely explore, release, and reconnect with themselves.
