Cosmic Creations. We are three ladies Sara, Helen, & Barbara who meet at a monthly meditation and love to express and share our passion of art, colour, creativity, spirituality and knowledge. All of these come together in the mini workshops we offer.

This workshop involves shaking off the old energy with Qi Gong and a release practice to make way for new energy flow, followed by a guided meditation with Sara to "Tune In" to your new energy and new opportunities. Having opened up your creativity it's time to "create your dragonfly"

Helen, will then guide you in creating your Transformative Dragonfly box, a solid timber box using quality paints and decoupage. Choose your pearl colour in advance:

Whilst the paint is drying you will be offered a 5 minute card read with Barbara to enlighten your journey of transformation...

Dragonflies spiritually symbolises transformation, new beginnings and freedom.

These amazing creatures change from a water dwelling nymph into a flexible, powerful yet graceful being.

Creating this box can be the start of a new journey for you, to start the transformation into empowerment.
