As we head towards the end of 2025 I wanted to offer two last SoundBaths of the year at a different time slot,. I know that there have been a few friends who have not been able to make the 9am time at Ngununggula so I hope that you get to come to these ones.

This is a wonderful time to wind down, sink into ourselves and charge up for all the gathering we will be doing over the holidays.

For some, this time of the year is a time to rest, restore and relax, and yet for others it can be a harder time having to connect with others who may not be the ones we choose to share our lives with but rather those we need to share our lives with. In order to show up with grace, kindness and patience its important that our inner reserves can be well resourced and grounded in kindness first for self in order to extend that out to others.

These last two sessions will also be slightly longer than what I have been holding at the gallery allowing for a good 1.5hours to really sink in restore your nervous systems.

I would also like to offer the community mat for these two sessions so if you or a friend would like a session but the year end costs have taken toll on your wallet please do book the community mat. This is my way of giving back.
