Welcome to "TUNE INTO NATURE" series - Seasonal Gatherings (half-day retreats) to celebrate natural cycles through nature and sound immersions on the Northern Beaches.

We will guide you to open your senses and your heart to connect to yourself and to nature through the power of Forest Therapy and Sound Healing. You will be invited to embrace a connected, immersive and sacred journey in nature, noticing and feeling deeply the beauty of being in nature and listening to healing sounds. We will be celebrating and tuning into Spring and what it brings and means to you.

We will be offering four "Tune into Nature" events in 2025:

What to expect:

♡ Nature Immersion & Forest Therapy Session

You will be gently guided into a nature immersion experience designed to foster a deep connection with nature, promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku or “forest bathing,” or "forest therapy", these sessions encourage participants to slow down, engage their senses, and be present in nature. Through mindful walking, gentle exercises, and sensory and creative activities, individuals experience relaxation, reduced stress, and an enhanced sense of clarity and calm. These sessions create a nurturing space where people can reconnect with themselves and nature, leaving feeling refreshed, grounded, and rejuvenated.

♡ Journaling

Journaling in nature enhances mindfulness, clarity, and emotional well-being. Surrounded by nature, individuals can reflect more deeply, tune into their senses, and feel inspired. This practice reduces stress and fosters creativity. In this session, we’ll focus on exploring the meaning and symbolism of Spring in our lives, discovering its personal significance and the energy it brings, leaving participants feeling refreshed and inspired.

♡ Sound Healing Journey

As the sun sets, you are invited to come into stillness and tune into the soothing vibration and frequency of a sound healing journey. Held by the vibrations of various instruments, you will be transported into a deep state of meditation and relaxation.

♡ Connecting and chatting

Gathering together at the end of a summer-themed nature and sound immersion provides a warm, supportive space to share insights, debrief, and feel connected. Reflecting as a group deepens the experience, fostering a sense of community and helping each participant appreciate the season’s energy and meaning in their lives.

- Journal and a pen

- Comfortable clothes

*** Rugs and cushions will be provided, but feel free to bring yours and an extra layer to put on you during the sound healing to keep you nice and comfy.

Your hosts
Sarah, a nature lover and avid life and Earth explorer and adventurer, is the Founder and Director of Healing with Nature, a certified EcoTourism business with EcoTourism Australia, dedicated to enhancing health and well-being through nature-based therapy. As a certified Forest Therapy Guide (INFTA), Beyond Blue Business Supporter, Mental Health First Aider, and an energetic healer and alchemist, she leads immersive nature experiences that foster deeper and sacred connections to self, community, and nature. Her gentle, guiding approach inspires a sense of awe, wonder, curiosity and love for nature, leaving participants feeling more present, grounded, and uplifted by nature's beauty and energy.

Sophie, an ardent music enthusiast and DJ, discovered enchantment and significance in the realm of sound and vibration. Following her training in sound healing, she directed her focus toward creating sonic experiences, utilising a fusion of instruments. From shamanic drums, Tibetan and crystal bowls, and wind chimes to ocean drums, this harmonious interplay of melodies and frequencies is designed to evoke a sense of lightness and relaxation while stimulating your auditory sense and curiosity.
