The Alexander Technique is an educational method that generates and refines awareness in the dynamic functioning of the body. The Technique offers a process that promotes coordination of the human organism as a whole.

What to expect?

In the online group setting, you will learn how to draw attention to the use of your body in motion, in a process that is simple, active and fun, so you can improve your relationship with balance, breath and poise.

Preparation

- Set up the space to make it feel safe & comfortable for you. 2x2 m2 is preferred but not excluding.

- Make sure you’re device is plugged in or charged fully with a good internet connection.

- Wear comfortable clothes to move in.
