During this experience, anticipate a serene guided meditation that will lead you through a tranquil journey of inner connection 🌀  Then explore beyond the sounds and vibrations of Tibetan and crystal singing bowls.

To ensure your comfort during the session, we encourage you to bring along cozy attire, a warm blanket or yoga mat, and anything else that will make your lying-down experience truly relaxing. Most importantly, bring an open mind and heart ready to embrace! 🙌🏼✨

Explore the narrative behind Oceanico 🌊 Nicole, your host committed to self-discovery, healing and exploration 🤍 From her initiation into yoga six years ago to becoming a certified Usui Reiki Ryoho practitioner in 2021, and later achieving her Kundalini Yoga teacher certification in Rishikesh, India in early 2023— 💙🌀 Nicole is now a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Reiki, and Sound Healer Facilitator, eager to share her tools and experiences with everyone 🌀💙
