Tuning in to Kids - Online Parenting Program (Term 4)

Are you looking for new ways to understand and support your child’s emotions and behaviour?

Tuning in to Kids is a free 5-week evidence-based parenting program designed to help you build stronger relationships with your children and respond more effectively to their emotional needs.

This program is ideal for parents and carers of children aged approximately 3 to 10 years.

What we’ll cover

Understanding and responding to your child’s emotions
Helping children learn to manage their own feelings
Strategies for calming conflict and encouraging cooperation
Emotion coaching tools you can start using straight away
Strengthening the parent, child bond

Thursdays from 16 October – 13 November 2025
06:30pm – 8:30pm

This is a free in-person group, but bookings are essential. Participants must attend the first session to continue in the program, no new enrolments will be accepted after16 October 2025
