Tuning in to Kids (Term 2, 2025)

For parents and carers of children aged between two and 10 years.

This five-week program aims to help parents and carers understand their child’s experience and connect with and support their child.

This program will look at the following.

• Tuning in to your children’s emotions
• Lean about emotion coaching – helping children to understand and regulate their emotions
• Creating connection and calm
• Managing meltdowns
• Problem solving and self-care
• The different styles of parenting

Open to residents in Albury-Wodonga and Wangaratta and the local government areas of Indigo, Towong, Alpine, Mansfield and Benalla.
