Tuning in to Teens is a practical, evidence-based parenting program designed to help parents and carers build stronger, more positive relationships with their teenagers.

Would you like to learn how to:

be better at talking with your teen?
be better at understanding your teen?
help your teen learn to manage their emotions?
help to prevent behaviour problems in your teen?
teach your teen to deal with conflict?

We are running a six-session program in a safe and supportive environment specifically for LGBTQIA+ parents and carers.

There is no cost for this program. Registration is essential and we will reach out to each participant to complete a brief assessment prior to confirming your booking, so that we can ensure the group fits each participant's needs.

For enquiries, contact our service on (02) 8571 7800 or at counsellingnsw@goodshep.org.au
