TUNING IN TO TEENS - HEADSPACE MIDLAND

'Tuning in to Teens' is a 6 session evidence based program for parents & carers of children aged 12 - 18 years.  

This is a partnership between Midvale Hub Parenting Service Perth North East and headspace Midland

This program provides parents with a greater understanding of their teen's emotional experiences and explores specific skills that help parents to be supportive, empathic and stay connected with their teen.

• promoting positive behaviour
• supporting teens to maintain friendships and deal with conflict

Thursdays - 26 October, 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30 November 2023

6.30pm – 8.30pm - (must be able to attend all sessions)
