Tuning in to Teens – Face to Face Parenting Program (Term 4)

Tuning in to Teens is a free 6-week face to face program that helps parents and carers of adolescents better understand and respond to their teen’s emotional world.

You’ll explore how to manage tricky emotions, improve communication and support your teen’s emotional development and behaviour in positive ways.

Emotion coaching strategies
Supporting adolescent development
Strengthening parent–teen relationships
Reducing conflict and building connection
