Tuesdays for 6 weeks starting 3rd November 2026

Tools and resources to help parents understand and manage emotions in a healthy way focusing on non-verbal emotion coaching and the attachment needs of toddlers.

Focusing on Emotional Coaching parents will be taught:

Awareness of your own emotions
Recognise, understand and manage your child's emotions
Communicate in meaningful ways with your child
Help your child learn to manage and self-regulate their emotions
Guide your children with behaviour limits
Equip your child with problem solving skills

Attendance at all 6 sessions is a requirement as information builds on activities from the previous ones.

A Certificate of Attendance will be issued on completion of the program.
