Tuning into Teens (3 x 2 hourly sessions)

A free, evidence-based workshop for parents/guardians and carers of teenagers.

Learn how to better communicate, understand and connect with your teen while teaching them how to manage emotions and conflict.


The Program

• The whole program is delivered in a group format over 3 x 2 hourly sessions (refreshments provided).
  • Thursday, 6th March, 10am - 12pm
  • Thursday, 13th March, 10am - 12pm
  • Thursday, 20th March, 10am - 12pm
• Learn a different aspect of emotion coaching, and practise at home with your family.
