Tuning Into Teens - Coffs Harbour

The Youth and Family Services team at Blue Sky Community Services is excited to offer the Tuning into Teens parenting program, free for parents and carers.
This ticket will register you for a series of three workshops, to be held on the below dates & times. When selecting a workshop, please click the corresponding start date.
February 2024 - Wednesday (14th, 21st & 28th) at 12pm-2pm
March 2024 - Thursday (7th, 14th & 21st) at 5pm-7pm
April 2024 - Tuesday (16th, 23rd & 30th) at 10am-12pm
May 2024 - Thursday (2nd, 9th & 16th) at 12pm-2pm
June 2024 - Thursday (6th, 13th & 20th) at 5pm-7pm
Tuning into Teens is tailored to the specific needs and challenges of parenting teenagers. The program will equip parents and carers with skills and strategies that they can use to improve respectful communication, decrease conflict and maintain healthy boundaries in the home. Our facilitator, Chonny, will work with small groups of 10-15 parents/caregivers and create a supportive environment where difficulties are normalised and where we problem-solve together.
These workshops are catered. Please let us know of any dietary requirements when registering.
