Turbocharge Your Business With The Co-operative Advantage
Event description
What is a co-operative, and how can your business or social enterprise benefit from the co-operative advantage?
This session will introduce you to co-operatives and their power - a business model that is again experiencing substantial growth in Australia. Joint ownership and collaboration are what we now expect from good businesses. Co-operative enterprise is an option we can choose today to bake in equity and impact!
Co-operatives are operating across the economy in areas as diverse as aged care, retail stores, agricultural production and housing. If your business style is commerce with a conscience, this session is for you.
We will focus in particular on the following business scenarios:
- Forming a new business or social enterprise as a co-operative
- Transitioning an existing business or social enterprise to co-operative ownershipÂ
- Establishing a co-operative of businesses and/or social enterprises for joint purchasing, marketing or tendering.
Our co-operative business experts will be in attendance to advise you and workshop your co-operative enterprise project.Â
