    About iknowho and the speakers

iknowwho is a specialist marketing recruitment agency bringing together handpicked talent and top notch brands across agency land and the corporate sector. With over 15 years on the block and a team of savvy specialists from a marketing background, we listen, advise, coach and connect, helping make and shape incredible careers and build teams that can take on the world.

Bec Godkin - Bec’s early career saw her working with some of Sydney & London’s most awarded advertising agencies managing campaigns for brands such as Optus, Microsoft, McDonalds, Kellogg & Prudential. Bec has since worn multiple hats in the marketing world but as a natural problem solver with a passion for authentic connection, she made the switch to recruitment and joined the team at iknowho. As a Senior Talent partner with deep industry knowledge to share, Bec feels right at home nurturing the careers of marketers and partnering with reputable brands to create high performing teams.

Riza Karis - Riza has a breadth of experience in her marketing career, from being in client-side roles working on financial services brands such as Westpac, St.George, Bank of Melbourne, and BankSA to consumer electronics brand Sanyo Oceania. She has also worked in the e-commerce start-up spaces and market research industries. Riza has shifted her focus more on people and relationships, joining the iknowho team as a Senior Talent Partner. With her authentic and warm nature, Riza has an interest in genuinely helping people. She is passionate about helping candidates and clients find a great match. Riza recruits in the junior to mid-level patches predominantly across creative and marketing agencies.
