Joshua from Transition Breath offers Holistic Psychotherapy and Breathwork workshops and retreats. Current offerings include private breathwork and psychotherapy, men's breathwork groups, Transmute Breathwork and Queer Breathwork.

All offerings are holistic, ensuring participants' physical, mental, emotional and spiritual parts of self of supported. All breathwork and psychotherapy holding is trauma-informed and client-led.
