Twerk 102 - 6 Week Video Dance Course

What to expect?

Twerk 102 is a 6 week dance course where we will learn the foundations of twerk to step up our dancing performance. You don't need previous experience just the will and energy to have fun and burn the dance floor. 

We will focus on learning the proper postures, understand what muscles are involved and learn the motion motor. We will work on our mobility and strength to perfect the techniques, to move correctly and consciously.

We will build up a short routine every session that at the end will be the course choreography, so get ready for a powerful and uplifting original reggaeton choreography. This choreography will be recorded and edited to be a professional dance video.

Everyone is welcome

It doesn't matter if you have twerked before or not at all, this is a beginner friendly course and also a safe space where you can be yourself, feel amazing and be who you want to be.

What to bring?

Bottle of water and kneepads are essential, comfortable shoes and outfits that makes you feel awesome, definitely loose shorts or pants (nothing tight as you will not be able to fully work the moves).

To make our training more spicy, bring a booty band or resistance band and a yoga block. Twerk is a full body workout, after each class you will tick off your cardio for the week plus some strengthening. 

What is included?

The project includes:

• 6 sessions of Twerk technique and choreography (Saturday 2pm to 3pm) starting on the 2nd of November and finishing on the 7th of December. 
• 2 hours professional filming and photoshoot. The filming day is Sunday the 8th of December (time and location TBC).
• 1 Twerk Outfit for the video shooting

No problems at all - just let me know the name of the person attending in your place and contact me to update the outfit sizes before the 28th of October, if the change is made after the the 28th of October, the outfit will remain as the original size.
