ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTORS:
MIMI FREISER
A local passionate fitness entrepreneur who brings movement to life with a unique blend of expertise and joy! With over 15 years of experience as a trainer, Mimi has not only broadened her repertoire but has become a beacon of connection through movement. As a coach, instructor and Nike master training plus Lululemon ambassador, she has left an incredible mark on the fitness word.

SASHA TROPICALIA

Sasha is Sunny Coast born/raised and has spent the last 16 years between here and Brazil, dedicating her adult life thus far to learning the mysterious and intoxicating dances of the world.
