Then the divine Mimi will take us through a 45min melty yoga session with smooth transitions, deep stretches and ultimate relaxation. Afterwards stay around for a hang!

A local passionate fitness entrepreneur who brings movement to life with a unique blend of expertise and joy! With over 15 years of experience as a trainer, Mimi has not only broadened her repertoire but has become a beacon of connection through movement. As a coach, instructor and Nike master training plus Lululemon ambassador, she has left an incredible mark on the fitness word.

SASHA TROPICALIA
Is she Australian or is she Brazilian? Is the question left on most people's lips. Sasha is Sunny Coast born/raised and has spent the last 16 years between here and Brazil, dedicating her adult life thus far to learning the mysterious and intoxicating dances of the world. Sasha has a way of making the impossible possible as she expertly breaks down complex movement patterns for the average person to master like that* (*snaps fingers).
