Join us for an unforgettable afternoon of movement, music, and mindfulness with Shake It Melbourne and Beyond Movement with Alina.

We’ll kick things off with Twerkspedition (2:30 – 4:00 PM) – a high-energy dance experience where we’ll begin with energizing cardio and focused technique to ignite the body and build confidence. From there, we move into the heart of the session: guided movement exploration designed to lead you into freestyle. This is your time to drop into your body, connect with your groove, and unlock your personal twerk expression in a space that’s playful, empowering, and free.

Then from 4:00 to 5:00 PM, we’ll wind down with Soothe & Sway, a grounding yoga session that blends deep cool-down stretches, mellow flows, breathwork, chanting, and meditation. Designed to help you release tension and integrate the energy of the dance, this session invites you to slow down and melt into the moment with intention and ease.
